SUPPORT ANALYST – 2023.08.01 – presents

  • Provide level 3 support for RDI product site.
  • Perform manual testing in the lab and/or desktop load
  • Creates documentation
  • Record metrics for monthly reporting of COE (Centre of Excellence) performance
  • Forge and maintain relationships with local customer’s IT organisation in Europe,central IT departments and market IT departments
  • Document the procedures and recommendations for the markets
  • Configuration and setup of RDI products
  • Create technical documentation as needed
